Total final energy consumption at sub-national level
You can access estimates of total final energy consumption in 2003 to 2009 at a regional (NUTS1) and a local (LAU1 – formally NUTS4) level. These statistics were created by adding together the four main datasets (gas, electricity, road transport and other).
In March 2008, this dataset gained National Statistics status. This applies to all data from 2005 onwards. Please note that the 2003 and 2004 data are still classed as experimental.
