This group aims to set the strategic direction for UK low carbon innovation support. It ensures effective activity planning, ensuring support is available for key technologies. It has representation from DECC, Department for Business Innovation and Skills, the Technology Strategy Board, the Energy Technologies Institute, the Carbon Trust and the Research Councils
