Climate Change Agreements: umbrella agreements
There are 54 umbrella Climate Change Agreements (CCAs) with trade bodies representing energy-intensive business sectors. These agreements are public documents containing:
- lists of facilities eligible for the 65% discount
- sector targets
- conditions that apply to participating companies.

These documents are the original signed agreements and, while we have attempted to ensure the documents here are an accurate replica of the original, signed agreements, the original documents would take precedence if there are any differences.
Sector agreements are subject to amendment as a result of entry and exit of constituent member target units and target reviews. The documents on this website do not reflect these changes. For an up-to-date list of target units, please see the
