Consultation on the Nuclear Industry Association's application to justify new nuclear power stations

On 17 December 2008 the Government published a public consultation on an application from the Nuclear Industry Association (NIA) for Justification of a class or type of practice including four nuclear reactor designs. The consultation closed on 25 March 2009.
