This consultation sought views on proposed amendments to the Offshore Chemicals Regulations 2002 (OCR 2002) and the Offshore Petroleum Activities (Oil Pollution Prevention and Control) Regulations 2005 (OPPC 2005) and ran from 24 July 2009 until 16 October 2009.
